This mixed-use development serves as a miniature city, blending commercial enterprise with the refined comfort of high-rise condominium living. The architectural identity is forged through a mix of raw concrete textures, polished stone, and sleek glass curtain walls. A dramatic open bridgeway spans the gap between Tower A and Tower B, serving as a functional and aesthetic anchor for the entire project. Lower levels are dedicated to upscale commercial spaces, while upper levels provide residents with exclusive, garden-filled retreats. The terraced design allows for cascading greenery that flows from the sky bridges down to the ground level. It is a sophisticated achievement in multi-level design, where every material serves a purpose in the urban fabric.

From sunrise to sunset, from an underground WW2 bunker to the top of the Sky Gardens, from drawing something right in front of your face to remembering and recalling years gone by (and making memories for the years ahead), from over 100 bottles of Glasswater to an anniversary neither of us knew about, from Grimsby to Wales, and even a visitor from the USA, this long weekend has been a powerful reminder that actually you can get by with a little help from your friends.
