It's for science! //[Erwin-Hanji]
Oh, she was going to murder Levi. Well, if she could murder Levi, she would, but she could feel it already. It was bad enough that she would probably have to kill Lucy, but what if he turned around and made her remove Bean from service as well? That she just couldnât do, and even the mere thought sent an unpleasant chill down her spine, the papers shaking in her arms as she stood there for a moment. No, this was nothing, this was all right. He wasnât going to make her kill any of them⊠He would understand. She would make her understand.
Out of all the things that she was intimidated by in this world, the commander had never been one of them. Really, the list was quite small. But in this moment, she couldnât even bring herself to knock. The fear was coursing through her body, and once again she withdrew her hand from the door, still not having touched it. Maybe she didnât have enough to prove it.. She needed more. More proof, more research, she could have it all for him in just a moment. She just needed to get back to her ship.
But it was too far past the time that sheâd make it back. She just needed to psyche herself back up, pull herself together and give him a good report. She had the proof, she had the will and most of all, she had the passion to prove to him that they needed to keep the titans around. Hanji still had so many books to fill with information. Taking the few extra moments she had to look over everything that she had brought with her once again, it helped. It helped calm down her racing heart, clear her worried and angry mind.
She had this. Straightening her jacket and looking at the door, she finally knocked on it, just twice, and waited to her his voice call her in. Perhaps, if he had enough time, she would be able to take a look at his arm as well⊠It was a worrysome thing, after all. Hanji had grown to prefer to check it every month or so, oil it down and make sure that everything was functioning to the top quality it needed to be. But Erwin had just been so busy with something, almost every attempt to contact him hadnât gone through. Perhaps she could pry out a bit more information from him as well, though her pure excitement to know anything and everything that happened around here was somewhat lost on him.  Maybe she should thank Levi. If he hadnât been so rude and told on her, she wouldnât have gotten the opportunity otherwise.
âCommander? Please tell me youâre in there.â
Reckless Restraint// Erwin- Levi
Pirates. Or rather pirates in these times weren't like the run of the mill thugs Levi had known.  The term Sky Pirate wasn't used loosely. It was a term for the men they said went to the far edges of the world, looked out at it's expansion and lost their minds. That was the rumor, of course; probably held as much actual grounds as the rumor that Levi ate the flesh of the dead in Shiganshina. He heard all manners of rumor and myth. The truth? They were just dicks, who thought it was easier to live by picking off on Sky Legion cruisers, and wayward colonies who assumed titan's were all they had to worry about. They were snakes. Cold, ruthless selfish little creatures, and Levi didn't have a stomach for dealing with them. He looked upon the Man Mikael had located, and bludgeoned quickly not an hour before. They were air born now, just barely but enough for a reprieve for Levi to take matters into his own hands. Pirates were no longer welcome on this vessel, he sought that personally when he took her back from their clutches six months ago. So right now, he didn't care about the information he was going to get form him, in the moment he wanted to show the man how utterly fruitless his life was in this moment. his uniform jacket was shed, a short snub nosed pistol remained in a holster on his belt, while the tight leather straps of his 3DMG's hugged his body snugly. His sleeves were rolled up, but his black leather gloves were not removed. There was silence in the small cell down in the brig, the only sound that broke the silence was the purr of her Engines and the sound of his boot connecting with the man's body again, and again. And again.
teeth and blood peppered the ground. His face was discolored and swollen.and blood fell from his face, over an eye that threatened to swell closed. Fisting his shirt Levi pulled his collar up his steel blue eyes did not shrink from the man's. "I find pain to be a good motivator. Which flag do you fly under." The man croaked before spitting. "I didn't realize kin had taken their coat. I heard the Rumors..." he whispered. "You heard wrong." Levi removed his hand from his shirt as though it was disgusting. "Shut it, what flag." He gripped his hair and pulled his head up to him. "Comply and you'll get off easy."Â
