There’s no gameplay change. It’s just because in a lot of people’s experience the jerks of Pokemon go are mostly on valor.

What does that mean, “the jerks”? It’s not like the players can communicate in-game. And every website I’ve looked at has shown the team members being respectful, bushy-tailed, bright-eyed, just looking to have some fun.

There are jerks everywhere. The only reason I’m posting this question at all is because someone made a pic comparing positive attributes of each team, elevating yellow and blue and shitting on red by saying there was nothing good about it.
