okay let us say that omegamon and kisakimon never leave and Shoutmon’s childhood was normal.
What type of parents would they be? How would this affect Shoutmon’s personality? And would darkkightmon and bagramon be good uncles?
Also would alphamon in his jiginka form come visit the family sometimes?

Let's see, if Shoutmon had had a normal childhood with his parents, it would mean that the war never happened and, therefore, neither Bagramon nor Skullkinghtmon were affected by Apocalymon's darkness.
Omegamon and Kisakimon would have been kind parents to the little dragon, but also strict (especially Kisakimon). Even so, they would have given him the freedom and life he wanted.
Omegamon would continue to maintain peace with the Digital Order, and Kisakimon would continue to support him, while also training Vormundmon to take his place as "Dukemon" in the Royal Knights (something he never managed to do in the fanfic's canon, and because he didn't finish his training before the war, his power was affected and he isn't as powerful as he should have been).
Bagramon would maintain little contact with his family, traveling and studying, still not accepting Yggdrasil and its ideology, but not to the point of engaging in warfare.
SkullKnightmon (who would be completely white and not grayish-white after being purified in the fanfic), on the other hand, would be the one to take care of little Shoutmon when Omegamon and Kisakimon were fully occupied… And oh, poor knight^^'
In this context of peace, the red dragon would have no interest whatsoever in being king or anything like that. Mind you, I'm not saying he would cease to be noble. He would help anyone he saw in danger. Even so, he'd be more relaxed, preferring to compose songs and play small home concerts in the streets, with a small group of fans enjoying his rock… until SkullKnightmon catches him for skipping his training again.
And Alphamon? No, he wouldn't pay any visits. He'd remain focused on keeping the Yggdrasil system in order. That was his "mission" or "punishment," and that wouldn't change, with or without the war Bagramon started.
