January - do you rather warm or cold weather?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently.  I came to the conclusion that in hot weather my body functions better but my brain functions worse, but in cold weather my body functions worse but my brain functions better.  I really like hot weather a LOT but i like my brain functioning because i need it a lot, so maybe cold weather?
