Hello fragrance friends and lovers ! Today we have another lesser known brand and their darling little fragrance today. Its vanilla Hinoki by @aroma_m_perfume ! This fragrance is vanilla focused and feeling, but funny enough it's not even listed in the notes 🤣. The funny thing is this has a playful tutti fruity vibe in the opening in such a fresh way. Super playful and fun. It almost has a tropical effect like ani by nishane. This is far more subtle with a silky comforting smoothness with grey lavender. The freshness was so fun from the beginning with the bergamot, you don't really forget it. The hinoki wppd is from japan and is like a musky soft cedar, for comparison. The amyris is a calming airy wood, that adds to the comfort here. The cedarwood is simply musky here and does not lplay a big part. I Get the feel of benzoin and perhaps ambergris from this too. Overall this is a silky skin like fragrance that isn't a creamy or fluffy vanilla really. I like the balance with sophistication for the vanilla. I do wish it was stronger, you get 6 to 8 hours, but it has average or maybe weaker performance. That being said, this is a delightful and fairly priced vanilla. 50ml for 110 dollars. Those who seek the highest quality vanilla might not love this, but those who want something delicate and simply lovely might.
