In our day-to-day life, we meet a lot of people. There are a lot of people who only talk about themselves. They’ll tell you all what happens in their life or about their last vacation. Yet they don’t care to ask you about your life. It’s kind of exhausting to deal with these types of people. It’s hard to talk to people like this because a good conversation requires reciprocation. As humans, we want to be heard and understood, and we need to give people that in return by listening to them. What if we need to get a message across to someone else? How do we get them to listen to us? We often have situations where we need to get through to people; whether it’s a harried colleague, a stressed-out client, or an insecure spouse, things will go from bad to worse if you can’t break through emotional barricades and get your message thoroughly communicated and registered because to convince people to listen to you, you simply need to listen to them first.

IIC Cell, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized workshop on ‘’ Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour’’ on 27th December,2023. The eminent guide of the workshop was Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Soryan (Dean Student Welfare) (MBA Dept.).
