IT'S FINALLY DONEEE im really proud of how this turned out, now to once again never animate for a whole year

“Well, drawing isn’t the only art you can do with paper. Maybe you’d like to write? Origami? Ooh, I think you’d be great at that, here!” She tore out a page from the back of the sketchbook, handing it to him. She’d seen him idly fiddle with quarters with great precision, so she knew he liked to keep his hands busy in some form. Connor eyed the thin sheet, turning it over in his hands a bit. He quickly found a couple resources to show him how to make origami in his internet database. After pressing and creasing the paper for a while, he had made a simple classic: a crane. Once finished, he presented it to Hannah and gave a couple tugs of its tail, making the wings flap. Hannah giggled. “I love it!” Connor grinned at her praise. She handed him a few more sheets to experiment with, and his folding and her drawing kept them both busy for the rest of the evening.

Before Connor even made it to Markus, Hannah was already running up to him, calling out his name, and greeting him with another tight hug. Connor hugged her in return, but soon took notice of a bullet graze on her left arm, an injury from the barricade attack, and pulled away slightly, inspecting the wound. “You’re hurt…” She shrugged it off, happy tears pricking at her eyes. “Who cares, that doesn’t matter!” “I do. Here…” Connor tugged off his tie, then wrapped it around the wound. “Before you lose any more Thirium.” "Oh… Thank you." After a bit of flustered silence, she stepped back, nodding her head towards Markus. “Okay, let’s go.”
