Facing the industry pain points of complex hot processing production process and high technical threshold of titanium alloy, the whole process of hot processing was systematically studied, and a titanium alloy intelligent manufacturing system of “process-equipment-intelligent control” was innovatively constructed. This system effectively overcomes the three major technical barriers in the field of titanium alloy material processing: “temperature sensitivity is difficult to control, microstructure uniformity is difficult to ensure, and dimensional accuracy consistency is difficult to meet”, and promotes the leapfrog development of titanium alloy bar and wire production from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, setting a new benchmark for the industry to promote efficient and stable production and sustainable development in a coordinated manner.
