   WITH A START, so then would satin-clad fingers cease in their encircling of the glass rim itself. The sound of the IVORY KEYS themselves heard all too clearly throughout the for once-- empty club itself. As dark eyes glanced down towards the hard liquor in growing disbelief. 

   It was so elegantly played, unlike anything any of the other demons were able to play, as a matter of fact. Hell, there was only ONE SOUL that she knew who had been able to play as well as this. And no way, no how, could it possibly be him. But, that song... oh, that song... LUCIFER KNOWS just how long it’s been since she’s heard it. Just as how long it’s been since she was still breathing FRESH AIR through BLOOD PUMPING LUNGS themselves. Finding herself hesitating for some reason, Mimzy would eventually turn herself around to face the stage itself. Only for wide eyes to fall upon a sight she had not been in the least bit prepared for. A near dizzying spell almost overtaking her, as she leaned that much heavily against the counter itself.

    IT WAS HIM. But... no, it couldn’t be. Like an ABSOLUTE ANGEL who had descended from heaven, never did he look as OUT OF PLACE as he did in this underworld club then. Having not aged a single day, since the last time she had seen him. 

   No-- this couldn’t be. She had to be hallucinating-- do DEMONS hallucinate, for that matter? For why else was this HUMAN standing before her? Untouched by the sands of time or malediction of hell itself? 

   SUPER FRIENDS was on for that afternoon-- good. Now was the time for this little demon to carry out some much needed PAYBACK on that WINGED BUTT. Practically a Christmas tree without a STAR, that was what CAIN was going to be in a matter of minutes. Silently he would creep from behind, knowing how deeply invested the other child already was in that day’s episode. Ohh... just... a few more steps... If only his ICHOR could reach out to it for him, it would have made things so much simpler. But, he couldn’t, couldn’t allow the other to discover him-- merely because of them. He did so very much adore them, conveyed a great deal of PRIDE in them for one his age. But, it was certainly going to be awhile before they could be put to more proper use other than to impress others.

It had been a busy day, finding a hidden location, collecting ingredients, sacred items, drawing symbols and reading. The brunette was so confident, maybe a little too much so, after hours upon hours of effort and concentration. She had meant to create a window to look into another world, who would have thought that an odd placement of a symbol and mispronunciation would have had her whoops her way and fall into the world she meant to gaze into. 

With a loud cry, she fell onto the sand, the wind being knocked from her lungs, the ocean in front of her was reflecting the blood-stained sky, her hands just as red from the rose petals that stained her skin. She has had worse more awkward appearances in previous rituals.
