Another thing I love about Sinners is the sheer inevitability of the tragedy of it. If it wasn't Rennick and his Danse Macabre by the way of Riverdance hell-commune, it'd be the Klan the day after. It's all very bleak, but for the short time it lasted, the Juke Joint created some DAMN good music, and that sure isn't nothing.
