The idea of having something she could lose. She lost Dreden once and it tore her apart so knowing that feeling makes her scared to feel it again.

Into quiet dreams….

~ The mixture of his size and the size of his confidence is quite endearing…. Seeing someone small such as himself behave as though he’s ten feet tall can be rather amusing…. ~ 

Who’s more likely to find who wearing their clothes?:….Probably neither only because they are very different sizes. Sindre might let Dreden where her robes on occasion. Who enunciates hand holding?:( Do you mean initiates? Gonna assume so ) Dreden would probably win this title. Sindre tends to forget that holding hands is a thing as much as she enjoys it.Who likes having their hair washed by who?:Sindre loves having her hair washed and brushed. Wash her hair and you will win her favor forever.Who likes to slow dance?:Both. They’re a very fancy couple and having the chance to dance all slow and elegant is probably a favorite for the pair.Muse that’s more likely to fall asleep with their head in the others lap?:Probably Dreden. I’m not sure if he’d actually sleep, but Sindre likes to let him rest his head in her lap and lightly run her fingers through his hair.Muse that does all the cuddling in a blanket fort?:Blanket forts are very childish….but Sindre.Who hogs most of the covers at night?:Sindre again, but only because she’s the one who needs them and gets cold very easily.Muse who nuzzles the others shoulder to get them to give them a head rub?:I’m gonna say Dreden. I imagine he likes a little head massage now and then.How do they share a desert? Two forks or one?:One ~Who gets jealous more easily?:Dreden seems more the jealous type. And Sindre would probably like it.Who gets angered more easily?Sindre has a super bad temper when she gets frustrated, but it takes a lot to make her lose her cool.How do they go to sleep at night?:Probably 90% of the time, Sindre falls asleep working on something and Dreden has to put her to bed. Sindre is a bit of an insomniac and Dreden doesn’t need to sleep much so whenever she sleeps, so does he.Who gets the most shoulder rubs?:Sindre. But Dreden has no feeling in his shoulders so it’s all good.What are there arguments/fights like? How often do they fight?:It would probably be the most civil and well mannered argument ever. Neither of them is really the yelling type, but they’re both pretty stubborn so I imagine any argument they do get into lasts forever and just resolves when they agree to disagree.Who is more likely to throw things in fights?:Sindre, but it would take some super crazy nonsense to get her to that point.How do they make it up to each other/apologize after an argument?:Once they decided enough was enough, it would probably end in a very formal apology. And then they would never speak of it again.Do they have nicknames for each other?:Nothing cutesie or anything. Little things like “My love” and “Darling”Caring for each other while ill, how does the other muse go about it?:Strangely enough, I think both would be very attentive, but would probably have a professional take care of the actual medical portion. Sindre is old and Dreden worries and Sindre couldn’t ever hope to fix a mechanical problem for Dreden so it’s better to have someone else do the healing and just be there to hold their hand.Who’s more likely to be patching the others wound?:Again, they’d probably find a doctor….but Sindre is a jade blood so she’d be more prone to fixing bumps and bruises if she could.Muse that says ‘I told you so’, after they come home from the beach and other muse is burnt to a crisp while whining how bad it hurts for not listening and putting on sunblock after the other muse repeatedly told them they’d get burnt?:Neither. Because they’re both self sufficient adults who can take care of themselves ~ Also the answer can’t be dreden because he can’t burn.Your otp has a newborn baby, who gets up in the middle of the night when he/she cries?:Dreden would probably try, but he’s not good with small creatures so Sindre would always be right behind him.Your muse’s of the otp reaction to finding the others crying about something?:Lots of concern and questions. The only way to solve the problem is to know all the details.And how do they make them feel better?:Hugs and kind words. Plenty of pep talks and reassurance.What would they be like as parents?:They would probably have the most polite and well behaved kids out there and would probably be pretty strict. They’re both very proper and they’d want their kids to be the same way, but still have plenty of love and support to go around.What would they have been like as childhood sweethearts?:Those two people who don’t look like your average, kissy-face couple, but still manage to look really cute together as they sit quietly and chat on a bench.Who enunciates taking a bath together?:( Again, I assume you mean initiates… ) Sindre would probably start the bath and Dreden would join her later. Because like I said, wash her hair for her and she loves you forever.Who likes who playing with their hair?:They both brush each others hair and such on a regular basis. Makes Dreden feel calm and normal and make Sindre feel pretty and relaxed.The place they mostly likely accidentally fall asleep together?: The sitting room on Sindre’s ship. Probably in the middle of important stuff.

You inhale; slow and evenly in time with the gentle ticking of the clock. This is the only time you can think...the only time when you can ease away from the real world and slip into a comfortable spot inside your mind. His fingers are cold, but comforting as carved gold slips easily between long strands of sheer, black hair and trails down your back. You don’t have to say anything and neither does he. You just have to sit and silently enjoy the feeling of calm that wraps around you.

Also, having a matesprit that can bend time at will sort of numbs you to it almost entirely. She would gladly give up her own body for one like his that never ages if given the option.
