War Thunder with SurpriseĀ (he just got tumblr, he's my irl mate, and if y'all like my stuff, you'll probably like what he will eventually post, go follow him)
I'm starting to get the hang of Simulator Planes. My bombs only missed my target by a metre or so.
I was then shot down as my Target was an M13 MGC.
It was then time to Marder Harder. I pushed up to support Surprise, and quickly tabbed myself a Sherman. Ironically it was my first kill (and so far only) in the Marder that wasn't a one-shot kill. Two shots took him down. The MGs of a Stuart then ripped me to shreds. MGs really are evil!
I quickly respawned and moved up to Surprise's position again. Weaving in and out of streets as we searched for the last enemies. I shot a Stuart through some gas tanks (nicking the top of his turret repeatedly), while Surprise flanked him. I then met my end at another set of MGs, this time on the same M13 MGC that shot down my Stuka.
Surprise avenged both my deaths and then capped the B point to secure our victory.Ā

So, I started training War Thunder Simulator battles
And I have to say it really is fun. Of course you need to get the hang of it and I still need much more training before I can try my hand against some other pilots, but the feeling of getting my beloved Ta-152 into the air with no support of the 3rd person view and in full realism mode, was one of the most entertaining and rewarding game expersiences I have had in a long time.Ā If you think about getting into sim-battles yourself, I would advise you to visit the forum and watch tutorials on youtube.
