This is part 1 of 2. Part 2 will be later down the line as I have big plans for the other neighborhoods. Those plans require me to empty the world a bit. So, no time soon!

The objective for Port Promise, Evergreen Harbor was to create an astronaut training facility that kept with the themes found within 'Eco Lifestyle'. With a focus on recycling materials, I went with adaptive reuse architecture. It was the perfect concept to fulfill my want to have more modern builds without it feeling bland.

This particular neighborhood serves as a place for me to play with my astronaut sims without getting bored, currently centered around my NSB Yellow Gen until she is gone. The bonus is that I built lots that I can easily integrate into other gameplay. Field trips, community bonding, astronauts illegally selling goods that were bought back from missions in secret auctions, etc. (lmfao)
