thanks 4 reply. i finally have poseplayer showing up, but the problem from earlier is still there. although i can type in a pose i cant select from list!~ i know i have plenty of poses on pose list, but selecting the list causes my sim to reset. all i can do i type out a pose (which is tediouss, i am not used to it!) i have list compatible poses
You will need to test whether any of your cc is conflicting with pose-player.Remove your mods folder to your desktop, clear your cache and start a completely new game and see if pose-player works. If it does, you know it is something in your mods folder causing the problem. You can use Sims 3 Dashboard to try and find the culprit (A very helpful tool but it cannot always find everything) or the manual way.
If removing your mods folder does not work, then you should try the “clean folder" method and start a new game and test your problem again.
And lastly, if these two methods do not help you find your problem, you can try this General Game Problem tutorial by MTS. Follow each step, in order, and this guide should help you to figure out what is going on.

Sims 3 bootcamp mac here. i went through your pose player questions but I didnt get an answer. i have CC have my game has worked fine for months. I could pose days ago but now i cant! when I'd go to select pose, my sim would reset and i'd get a scripterror message. so i deleted the mod , redownload and placed again. now it will not even show up. all other CC works fine! :(
