Hello everyone. I recently started making YouTube videos and I’m really excited to say that I am really passionate about this. I have a series on YouTube called Birchwood Farms if you would be interested in checking it out. I start off playing with the farmland mod and go from there. "Little Oasis" on Agave Abode Lot info: Agave Abode (in Bedrock Strait) Lot Size: 12x15 Lot type: Tiny Home Residential (micro home lot) Cost: $41,455 furnished One bedroom, one bath trailer w/ above-ground pool and screened in back porch. Introducing the Oasis Trailer-Park Series - episode 1 Backstory: In every save I've ever made in the Sims4, I always turn Oasis Springs into one giant trailer park (no idea why, but it's my favorite style to play lol). It is usually small, sometimes run-down trailers in Parched Prospect (the bottom right section of the world) and Bedrock Strait (right above Parched). Moving up to nicer, but still single-wides in Mirage Canyon (I usually don't have commercial lots when I do this except maybe a McDonald's or something). Skyward Palms is really nice doublewides, and Acquisition Butte is typically small trailer parks or RV lots with multiple homes. The park in the center is usually just a park or sometimes a waterpark. So anyway, previously, I would comb the gallery and fill the world. Now that I'm building, I am going to start building one of these lots every so often for a video in the Oasis Trailer Park series.
