When we asked one of our favorite kitchen witches, @ginaspriggs , owner of @curiocraftconjure to help us celebrate the opening of the new Kitchen Witch's Workshop, she shared with us some of her kitchen magic she uses to get someone bugging you to "chill out!" Here's what she said: “We have all been in a position where someone was bothering us or our loved ones. It could be child bullying, adult bullying, slander, harassment or any narcissistic behavior that is being inflicted on you (or your loved ones) in some way, shape or form. Most skilled witches have learned to be wise and careful about doing spells or rituals that cause harm to others. That doesn’t mean, however, that we need to become victims to someone else’s cruelty. One of the simplest and effective spells I know to end any type of harassment is to put your subject 'on ice.' The Chill-Out Spell Materials needed: • Pen • Paper • Glass or jar • Water • Freezer Ritual: • Write the name of the person who is the problem on a piece of paper. • Fill up your glass or jar with water. • Put the 'named paper' in the glass/jar of water. • Put the jar/glass in the back of your freezer. • Leave it there for 40 days. • *For extra 'umph' do this on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday during a waxing moon. What happens: If you do this correctly, they will leave you alone. 'Correctly' means you do not call, write or illicit a response from them in any way. Ignore them if they reach out a time or two more and they will simply 'chill-out' and move on to their next victim. Easy, Peasy! Try it!” Thanks, Gina!
