Pastillas de leche
"Simple, Savory, Sweet
When fingers and taste buds meet
No need for cooking, no need for heat
To make this delicious treat"
-Ch. D.
I've decided to share a delicious treat you can make with three simple ingredients: powdered milk, condensed milk, and sugar.
It's one of my favourite treats. Just get some powdered milk and mix it with condensed milk bit by bit (add condensed to powder) til you have a dough like consistency. Then just shape the milk into small balls and roll them in sugar to coat them. Refrigerate to cool and harden and you've got yourself a treat!
Hope you enjoy it!
Honeycomb!
Yes, this is the famous honeycomb challenge from the squid game! My little brothers wanted me to make it for them but we lack in essential items, especially the shapes and to be very honest, I might wanted to try again because my result, sucked!

2 tbsp of White Sugar A pinch of baking soda
Yup, that’s it. THAT’S IT!
It is so simple but can be ruined in a matter of second :’)
So basically, you need to heat up the sugar on a ladle or a small non-stick pan until it formed an ember color and from then, remove it from heat because it is easily burn. After that, put in a pinch of baking soda and make sure not to over do it! It could just taste like baking soda and not the sugary stuffs. Stir it until it looks like a caramel and pour it on top of a baking paper and flatten it with a metal surface (or a glassware, I searched and found out it is also can be use) and wait for at least 25 second because if you rush it, you’ll just and up with a messy situation. Lastly, you need to be quick and press any shapes you want on the sugar cookie before it hardened.
That’s it!
So um, I made TREMENDOUS mistakes on this recipe even though it is so simple to do.
So what I did was the pouring and flatten part. I messed it up so bad! I was so confident and impatient, and end up pressing the sugar with another baking paper and pressed it with a shape that I made with tin foil (I don’t have the cookie cutter :’))
And this is the result:
Overall:-
Value: 1/10 Taste: 5/10 Difficulty: 4/10
It is actually kind of fun doing this with my little brothers, and it’s challenging too. Like I said, I might do this again and just update the updated version of my ugly hot-mess honeycomb hehe

I just remembered how my hs friend taught me the simplest snack you can imagine; it’s literally cheese cut to cubes sprinkled with any spices you want and left in microwave for a couple of minutes
