I just heard an interview DAZN did to Navarro, who is still in Australia. And I’m shocked.
The first person to help him was Corsi, not any marshals. He had to hold his leg because it was facing two different sides. Corsi was the one to take off the helmet just to be able to see if he was alive or conscious.
The one who called for the red flag was Navarro himself. He HAD TO ASK for a marshal to ask for it and they got ignored. And only one marshal stayed with him.
He also described how scary it was because he was not wearing a helmet, close to a track where bikes where passing very close. And he lost consciousness once he arrived to the medical centre.
And I’m still asking why it was not red flagged? Apparently riders are going to inquire about it in the safety commission.
