I got Dine Out in the sale, and took my Sims out to dinner for the first time.
Sixteen hours later, they have yet to be served, and I'm a little worried

so whatās interesting to me is the deancas dynamic vs the samcas dynamic. like; itās obvious that theyāre both VERY different relationships, which is weird considering itĀ āshould be considered like a brother relationshipā. TheĀ ābrotherā aspect is DEFINITELY seen with Sam and Cas, but not with Dean and Cas.
this is most apparent whenever Cas makes a mistake and the brothers (or mostly/only Dean) get mad at him. You can definitely tell that whenever Cas gets in trouble andĀ ādoes something stupidā, Dean seems 10 times more upset than Sam. I never really looked into it that much becauseĀ āwell Deanās just an angry guy, he tends to get more emotional than Sam so yeah ofc heād be angrierā. But no.
Dean has a tendency to get angry at the people he loves most. Itās because Dean puts them on this sort of pedestal. Itās whenever they make even the slightest mistake, Dean goes batshit crazy because the vision he has for that person, being perfect and unable to do anything wrong, doesnāt match the actual person heās thinking of. So taking Cas in this example; to him, Cas can do no wrong because heās the literal personification of everything that Dean loves to see in a person. So whenever that 100% perfection drops to, say, a 50%, Dean goes absolutely crazy.Ā
Sam does not do this, because he knows Cas isnāt perfect. He knows Cas is just trying to be the best person he can be, so he gets less angry. But Dean doesnāt.
Because to Dean, Cas is already the best person imaginable. To Dean, Cas is perfect.
Anyways, hereās Wonderwall.
