Silverr and Reign become fast friends, Silverr makes a point to go to the dining hall when he knows Reign is around, Reign lingers in English to walk Silverr back to his dorm. They both changed their lives to be closer to each other. Silverr has other friends, a couple from the film department who like ‘Fantastic Mr. Fox’ as much as he does, and a girl in his Spanish class who sings A cappella in one of the school’s three groups. But none compared to Reign. It’s been about three months, and the way Silverr and Reign’s lives have become inextricable from one another is honestly impressive to them both. When they’re not in class, they’re together, and if they're not together, they’re texting. Something nags at the back of Silverr’s mind, something he refuses to think about, something that makes him feel so sick that he can’t bear to entertain it. So, he ignores it, ignores the way his body sparks alive at the slightest brush of their hands, ignores the way he glows when he’s around Reign, ignores all the thoughts about drowning in his deep brown eyes.
