Since ArtFight is coming up soon, I want to remind you all of ArtFight etiquette and some advice because last year's Artfight was... a mess because of Tiktok.

Firstly, BE KIND TO BEGINNER ARTISTS. I've seen people crash out at beginners being like: "I dO NoT WaNt LoW EfFoRt/qUaLiTy AtTaCkS!"

Example, but it gets WAY worse than this:

Artfight is a GIFTING game. You get things for free, you can't be overly rude just because it's not what you hoped for.

It's supposed to be FUN. It's NOT a competition.

Secondly, you don't NEED to throw a hissy fit when an artist you attacked doesn't revenge you. ESPECIALLY if they're popular or if they're already getting SWARMED with attacks. It's kinda childish, to be honest. Do it because you LIKE their characters, NOT FOR FREE ART FROM THEM! If you still want art from them, just wait or commission them. :) It's clearly stated in the rules that you're not allowed to beg people to attack you back.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BEG PEOPLE TO ATTACK YOU BACK, BE RUDE TO THEM OR SEND THEM DEATH THREATS.

Third, this is more of a tip. Comment on the art you have received! It doesn't need to be a deep comment. Sometimes gushing over it and dropping 30 emojis and a big thank you gets the point across. It can be rather daunting not to receive any confirmation that the person you drew for even saw the art you made for them.

Alright, I believe that's all I have to say. I just have to get this out of my chest.

Let's hope this doesn't end up like last year's Artfight. Let's just have fun.
