[After a bit of deliberation, the groups are chosen.]

[The cores, Chell, Joshua, and Darnold will stay behind in the labs.]

[Tommy will go find where G-Man left Rattmann, and the two of them will rescue the other survivors from the testing tracks.]

[Dr. Coomer and Gordon will scout out the best route to the incinerator chute and see if portaling up is a possibility.]

[Bubnick and GLaDOS (to her silent disapproval) will shut down turret construction.]

[Bubby and Forzen will attempt to stop neurotoxin production.]

[Seems like it did more than that!]

[Gordon looks... better. Not as pale as he was when you rebooted after the fall, and he's gotten a new labcoat to replace the one he'd used as a makeshift bandage. His injured arm is a bit shorter now, ending at the elbow, but it looks cared for and actually bandaged.]

Dunno, ever since I woke up this morning - a little later than the others, but I have blood loss, leave me alone - the basic plan has been along the lines of 'violence'.

[Being able to joke about the whole arm losing thing must be a good sign too.]

That security bot tried to kill the children! Violence is the only answer.

[Coomer smacks one of his fists into the palm of the other with a clang. Seems his cybernetic arms have been repaired, though the synthetic skin covering wasn't salvageable.]

[Pushing past Dr. Bubnick and Tommy, making his own path through the crowd, Gordon arrives at the front of the room.]

[As the team step into the room, dozens of red-eyed cores turn to face them. Each is hanging from wires or scraps of metal, their eyes twitching erratically. They are screaming; a horrible, grating sound. An Emergency Intelligence Incinerator is the centerpiece of the room, making it almost unbearably hot.]
