in event of the scam on instagram, i felt it was necessary to make an announcement for the traders of tumblr as well. for those unaware, an unknown instagrammer posed as a /siftrades subreddit mod to scam two users.
please please make sure the person you’re trading with or middlemanning for you is who they say they are/not a scammer! contact any of the mods to report an imposter or to make sure that’s them offsite. this goes for any other mod on other sites as well. not sure about the rest of the mod team, but i myself have an instagram account used for trades and middlemanning: selfvore
