I relate to the Pines Northwest siblings on so many levels

Every parent dreams of raising their little ones together as BFF, sharing toys and clothes, never fighting over the TV remote and defending one another against bullies on the playground.

The reality is however different.When you’re raising two or more kids, you’re dealing with different personalities and temperaments.

There’ll definitely be competition,resentment,jealousy ,anger and both mild and intense fights.

Siblings rivalry presents itself in form of verbal or physical fighting, Tattling, bickering, constant competition for parental attention etc

So what can you, as a parent, do to sow some seeds of peace?

📌Avoid taking sides with any child unless you witnessed one child hurting another without provocation. Let everyone involved in the fight take some fair share of the blame.

📌Encourage a solution that’s beneficial to everyone, even if it involves some compromise.

📌Set some limits in the home, like no name-calling,no hitting or rude remarks.
