Indeed, Julian looked as worse as he ever did. It was a close call. Julian had got into another fight with a patron, his anger getting the best of him once again. Ever since Evangeline died, Julian became a hawk protecting the theater that he called home, as well as the place where his wife was murdered. One of these days, he wouldnât be so lucky just to end up in a hospital bed.
âStill breathing?â he murmured to himself before laying his head back down on the bed.Â
To be completely honest, he didnât expect Dr Agana to be at his bedside, but it was a presence that Julian welcomed, âMary, I just....they were so rude to her, extremely vulgar towards her. I-I couldnât help it.â
There was a gash on the back of Browningâs head, but the doctors said it would heal in time. But, Julian wanted to get out of this place as fast as he could. He hated hospitals.
