Pratically, little Rex escape like in canon his life as a child agent, but i stead of meeting Eve he meet Paul (who was also escaping). "Adult just want to use you, so us child should stick together" they became bestie

Now they're 17 year old and both in the mafia. Paul is himself, a killer, lethal, silente ecc. Rex is noisy and bold and coky; they send him to intimidate people and he loved that, going arround like he own the place and see fear and respect in other eyes. He still Is a competent man and has the ability ti back up his word. The two still best buddies.

They fuck up hero on the regular.

Now we can start a good enemies to lover with whatever hero you like (Eve, Ray or Mark for me). They fight but they always let the enemy go in the end and no one understand why they can't take down that only person.
