New Year, More Logos: Scott Anderson (504) Chanel Long Sleeve
Despite looking like any recent Wil Fry product, Scott Anderson perfectly captures the hype behind logo-wear in today's fashion. After opening his Big Cartel shop yesterday, both the Chanel long sleeve and Chanel hoodie sold out in less than three hours, typical of hypebeasts. Like many other streetwear labels are doing today, the products are being produced in very small quantities to heighten demand. Sold out near immediately.
I need to get my hands on the hoodie ASAP, featuring Chanel looks from past seasons. This isn't the first time Anderson has used this template for his pieces. For a limited FW13 release, the designer used past Playboy covers to create this shirt. The Chanel piece follows a similar model but because of the looks, still delivers a much different effect.
