These Shoestring Fries Beef Sliders are perfect for a quick and tasty meal. The crispy shoestring fries add a delightful crunch to the juicy beef patties, while the special sauce gives them that classic burger flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 small slider buns. 1 cup shoestring fries. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Sliced pickles for garnish. Sliced cheese optional.
Instructions: Put the ground beef, onion that has been finely chopped, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix it well, then shape it into 12 small slider patties. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. Slider patties should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Make the sauce by combining the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard while the sliders are cooking. Either grill or toast the slider buns for a few seconds on each side. Spread some sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the sliders together. After the patty is cooked, put it on top of the sauce. You can add a slice of cheese to the hot patty to make it melt if you want to. Shostring fries, lettuce leaves, and sliced pickles should be put on top of each slider. Put the top half of the bun on top of the toppings to finish, and use a toothpick to hold each slider in place. Do not forget to serve your hot shoestring fries beef sliders.
