This evening one of my office mate ask me to join a small party for her birthday. I thought it will be great time for us, so I decided to go with her. There are 7 people joining that small event. 5 of us come early, then we initatively ordered the food for us and 2 others. When those 2 pals came, it turns out that one of them didn't like the food we've ordered. Then he take a new order, that makes 1 menu have no person to eat. So I told the party host if I can take it home for sahur (early breakfast for moslem who fasting) and offer to pay back later on. Suddenly a guy said that I am too greedy. I felt extremely insulting at that point. I mean, who the hell is he judging me for the food I'm about to buy with money from my personal income? But I tried to calm down. Instead I told him that this world has already pathetic enough for him not to add such miserable sentence to make someone else feel suffer. I told him that I don't hv the idea of why God create such a person like him who only judge the worse side of person while himself are also as worse. The other guy told me to chill out and said that his friend only meant to throw a joke which I confirmed to them that it wasn't funny at all. They said its just how people do in social life and I must try to fit in. My heart really boiling up. I said to them that I don't like that and I don't wanna fit the hell in with that fucking society, but the guy who called me greedy keep on insulting me and said that I'm about to cry. Shit!! I really want to punch his face and said "fuck you, ass hole!!" But I don't wanna cause a scene on someone else's party. I think that's really impolite. So I grab my bag and told them that I am leaving due to the uncomfortable situation. The other girls contact me and ask me to stay. The other guy said that he was really sorry and hope I'll consider that as a misunderstanding. But I really felt so ofended by how I'm being judge tonight. I try to think something positive along my way home, but I end up crying. Not because what that jerk said about me, but because I'm so fucking tired hold back my anger and being polite while people around me treat me like shit. Why should people be nice to those who didn't? What the fuck it is for? Does anyone know the reason? Please let me know. Appreciete your honest yet polite opinion.
