though i didn't make usuktan's design i think it's very fitting for him to be like that... afaik the time when usuk was the topdog of hetalia fandom on tumblr is around the same time that these kinds of tumblr sexymen were at their prime. also (correct me if i'm wrong) around the same time as many american tumblr girls being into british accents and british men... anglophilia... in theme that would maybe suit ukustan more, but she's a girl :P either way this would probably fuel fruktan's hatred of him lol
