Shining Knight, 2019. . One of the lesser known knights of Arthur’s court (don’t bother looking him up), Sir Justin went to avenge the death of a fellow knight by an ogre. Along the way, he met and freed Merlin who gave him invulnerable magic armor and his horse a pair of wings in return. He eventually found the ogre atop a cold mountain, but before achieving victory, an avalanche wound up burying the two and freezing them into suspended animation, right up until the modern day where Justin was awakened yet again to fight for justice in our era... Can’t help but feel like this resembles Captain America’s origin. And that wraps up Superhero April 2019!
