1. freckles scattered across your cheekbones in nonsensical patterns, creating constellations on your skin

2. putting your hair up into a neat ponytail, pulling it tight so it holds all of your hair in place

3. walking into an air conditioned store after you’ve been walking in the hot sun for far too long

4. an unexpected package left at your door, something you had ordered a long time ago and forgot about

So, don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the episode. It's certainly gotten a lot funnier this series. My only problem is that it's starting to feel slightly less like Sherlock and more like some reality comedy show about these guys who dabble in detective work. 

I understand the reasons, and I also get that they are addressing the problem of John and Sherlock not being able to do detective work as often any more, but it still feels somewhat forced? 

Anyways, that thought aside, I did enjoy the episode - though I'm almost positive that the pregnancy thing means Mary is deathly ill or something. That or she's being targeted by someone, and next episode she'll be all pregnant and happy then someone will stab her though the stomach.
