Veronica is the baby of the family, around twelve. It has the same mother as Diego (Madam Medusa) but, because Veronica was born deaf, neither of its parents wanted it. Cecil's wife (at the time) fought against abandoning it, and this eventually led to her leaving. Diego and Ivy didn't know it existed until it was around three, when its mom, due to a TBI, couldn't take care of it anymore. LeFou reached out to Diego, who was working on starting up his gang, and he and Ivy were obviously interested. He wanted to adopt this secret siblings immediately, but Ivy was a bit more hesitant. Gods knew their father was a horrible enough parent with only two children, she didn't want to see how shitty he could be with three.

And then she met Veronica, and that hesitation vanished in a second.

She fought with her father again and again about keeping Veronica around- you did not want to live in their neighbourhood at this point, because you could hear Ivy and her father screaming at each other every night for a few months. But Ivy refused to back down. She went back to an old pattern that she'd used as a child (as if she wasn't still a child at this point) to get her father to do what she wanted- she made his life hell. She threw wild parties and refused to clean up, vandalized the house, destroyed anything that could be destroyed by throwing it at the wall (mostly plates, cups, and vases,) and even cut the cord for one of the chandeliers so that it fell and shattered. Cecil, still having no idea how to actually parent, eventually let her keep Veronica. She and Diego would be responsible for raising it, though.

Fine by them.

She and Mischa joke that Veronica is their firstborn. She took Veronica with her when she moved out and settled down with Mischa and its been living happily with them ever since. It's a wonderful older sibling to Pasha.

I’m getting the idea that maybe Elinor kind of controlled him, and then made it seem like it was always his choice? And she manipulated her whole family to think he was bad and he just, idk, gave up at some point? Because he clearly doesn’t want to be good or anything now.

So maybe he wants to prove he can do something without Elinor’s influence and his first thought was to overrun his home with monsters? Idk this makes no sense

According to mayoclinic (CW weight loss discussion and discussion of sitting too much as being bad for you) at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day is what you should aim for (taking a walk, following a half hour yoga video, or working up to jogging for half an hour straight are ways to meet this). 

It isn’t a good idea to do high intensity work outs every day; rest days are important to allow your body to recover. It’s important to eat well when exercising regularly, and to eat enough, both so you have enough energy to do higher intensity exercise (should you find something high intensity you enjoy) and so your body has the resources it needs to recover and build denser bones and muscles to meet the demands you place on it with exercise. 

It is a good idea to have a stretching routine to do every day (or follow yoga videos) as this will help with recovery and prevent your muscles and tendons from stiffening too much with regular exercise. 

oo I do have a few!

my immediate response to this was demiromantic, needing to get close to people and form an emotional bond before she starts to develop romantic feelings for anyone. But I think my second response would be sapphic? Linh feels too vast and uncontrollable to have a specific microlabel, so I could see her going for the more broad terms without defining herself. it gives others a basic idea without letting them in, if that makes sense.

(not that there's anything wrong with headcanoning characters as having microlabels. I personally use very broad descriptors of myself so I'm also biased)

Linh seems like the kind of person to sit back quietly and just observe, looking at all the pretty people she sees and trying to absorb their appearance and commit it to memory. I think she'd appreciate the way someone styles their hair or the flow of their dress and how the light catches their eyes. And she'd run her fingers through her partners hair and cup their cheek in her palm and hum a little melody under her breath as she fixed the strap of their shirt.

as for the others, I haven't thought about it much! as someone who doesn't really experience romantic attraction or feelings, I forget that everyone else does and then forget that these characters all have sexualities!

There's a lot of common one's in the fandom (Like pan keefe, bi sophie, gay Tam, lesbian Biana, etc), but I may have a few that aren't as widespread. (disclaimer: these are all my personal opinions, so if you have other headcanons that totally fine! if you want, you can also send them to me because I love to hear them.)

I am going to propose: Bi Edaline (also Grady has bi wife energy) and nblm Dex. This kinda goes into gender headcanons too, but gender and sexuality are both connected so I wanted to include it. I think Dex, who has grown up a social pariah, would find an expression of that in his gender and reject the traditional male role he would be expected to fill, but I think he would still like men. Men can be very lovable and warm and affectionate and homey, and I think Dex would find comfort in loving men.

Ok so for starters, just try to find credible sources about things youre interested in. Different sites are geared towards different things, conservation, cetaceans, fish, sharks, crustaceans, it can be overwhelming lmao. https://marinebio.org/ , and nat geo are good places to start of the top of my head. For me personally, a lot of what I know comes from hours spent pouring over various marine bio books i checked out of the library when i was younger. Like i said i live near my states institute for marine sciences, so ive attended all their summer camps and gone to their labs days for as long as i can remember.

Also documentaries like My Octopus Teacher, Mission Blue, End Of The Line, the Blue Planet series, and David Attenborough's Great Barrier Reef are good.

Animal plant has some good shows, although they can be geared to a slightly younger demographic, they're really cool!
