What did you not like about Tracy’s intro scene?
It was super male-gaze-y. Obviously some of the male gaze was used to set up the punchline - that the driver sees her as an object but she's really a hunter and playing him all along. But some of it actually works against the punchline. For instance, instead of shooting the scene in a way that makes it clear that the driver is admiring Tracy's body, it is shot in a way that encourages the viewer to admire Tracy's body. It would have been a more effective scene if she had been presenting her ass to the road instead of to the camera.
That, and it's a super-cliche scene that shows us almost nothing about Tracy as a person. It's lazy writing and lazy directing.
