[Courtney peeks through Oscar’s fingers, eyes widening] Oscar: Hypothetically, if I bought a dilapidated house without telling you, would you be mad? Courtney: [laughs] Is it too late to be mad? Oscar: A smidge. Courtney: Holy shi-.. you did not. Oscar, it’s huge! Oscar: Well, we’re gonna need more space soon. Courtney: I mean… Oscar: It’s not as bad as it looks, I-… Courtney: Can we go inside? Do you have the keys-.. it’s definitely ours, right? Oscar: Hah! I knew you’d love it.
