Other anon: I know you've listened to the her hub football podcats, I don't know if you've listened to the newest one yet with the sheplays creators but it thought it was really interesting how the prices for each is a reflection of their salaries. that's both creative but sad given how many players on there are in the lower monetary brackets.

I thought I'd answer these together - yes indeed, I listened to the episode earlier, it was great! Really interesting to get an insight into how and why they made the She Plays Fantasy Football, and all the work that goes into it! I really take my hat off to them and all the volunteers who have helped with information etc.

The bit about prices/wages was really interesting - I don't think they've got all of them quite right but as they said it's extremely difficult to find any information on how much players earn in women's football and I think they've done a good job generally of the scale between the higher and lower earners. Now that the league is 'fulltly professional' you'd hope that everyone is making at least a living wage, but you just don't know! I think it's really commendable how they're trying to highlight the fact that so many players really do not earn very much at all.

I'm enjoying She Plays so far (although I don't think I'm very good at it!) and am looking forward to seeing how it all goes over the season.

I'm also really enjoying the Her Football Hub podcast, so thanks again to the anons who recommended it! Looking forward to this week's review of the games and think it's really cool that they got the She Plays creators on to talk about the website.
