So I started off February pretty well, then lost some motivation. I did really well for the week of Valentine's Day, but the last week was just kinda ok. So that brings me to this. Day 2 of #fatdadfatkidchallenge redo. If I'm being honest, I thought about skipping today. My legs were SORE from the squats yesterday, but @trainwithmonica left the sweetest comment on my post from yesterday! I just couldn't let her down.
