Noormahal Biryani is named after Noormahal palace which was the princely estate of the royal family of Bahawalpur (now in Punjab, Pakistan) during the British Era. Like the pomp and grandeur of each and every thing in this palace, the royal kitchen was also famous due to the culinary experts, who created the gem called “Noormahal Biryani.”

Three ingredients No special appliances Only 15 minutes from your busy schedule.. That’s it.. Your homemade CCD style Cappuccino will be ready to sip.
Ingredients
Hot boiled milk – 300 ml
Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tbsp (depending on how strong flavor you like)
Sugar – 2 -3 tbsp (depends on your sweet tooth)
Milk(for beating cofee) – 2 tsp
Instructions
1.First put the instant coffee powder, granulated sugar and splashes milk in a stainless steel bowl.
2.Just a good mix. The mixture should be moist only.. Don't make it runny.
3.At first, for about 2-3 minute you will find no difference. Once the mixture mixed well, add more drops of milk. Don't put too much at a time. Few drops to start with and slowly increase, if you feel it's needed to get the mix going. It loosens up after a few stirs and so add only after you do so.
4.Now actual beating will start. Take a deep breath and using a whisk start beating the coffee mixture till it becomes thick, creamy and light in color.
5.It will take a good 15 minutes to achieve the desired consistency.
6.Your muscle will start paining. So get ready for that and keep patience. It's better to watch your favorite show now and keep beating. It will distract you from realizing the hard work now you are doing.
7.Once the mixture becomes thick, creamy and light, then stop. Put 2 tbsp coffee mix in the cup.
8.Pour hot milk and stir well. Your beaten coffee is ready to be sipped.
9.Sprinkle some coffee powder on the top. Looks appetizing.
