Kreature Komforts
I had a weird idea.
I want to create a collection of monsters. I grew up as a fan of Pokemon and Digimon, and being a fan I drew a bunch of my own little monsters. The problem is that as a kid I didnāt have a way to share them, but now as an adult there is a way. Itās called Creative Commons.
Public Domain means that anyone can use a work without the need for permission or credit, basically meaning the work has no Copyright. A Creative Commons License on the other hand means there is still a Copyright, no one can claim they created my creation, and I can have limited control on how itās used and adapted, but you donāt have to ask permission as long as you follow the rules of the license.
The other amazing thing about Creative Commons is that if I chose so, I can create an open world of Kreatures for anyone to use and if they so choose they can also create into this world if they agree to be part of the Creative Commons License. A good example of this is SCP.
I want to create a similar community, but with a Kollection of Kreatures that anyone can use that exist together in one universe.
So with this I want to use the License for Creative Commons-Attribution ShareAlikeĀ That means when someone uses another personās creation it must be credited, and you are allowed to create your own creations as long as you allow others to use your creations. Everything is shared, that even means if you want you can create commercial items of the Kreatures or stories featured here because I donāt have a restriction against it.
Mind you this is not for everyone, donāt post something you want to retain the copyright here. Creative Commons cannot be revoked. Your work is permanently shared forever under the terms of the original creation. That also means every Kreature I post here will be under Creative Commons, but that also means you can use all the Kreatures in your stories at the cost that anyone can recreate your story for personal use and profit as long as anyone can use their creation as well.
