⁠❥ 6 MAY 2026 | 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 has penned the foreword to Centre For Early Childhood's 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞: 𝐀 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

This guide has been designed to strengthen understanding across the early years system of why social and emotional development matters so profoundly, and how these skills begin to take shape from the very earliest months of life.

It can be accessed through The Centre for Early Childhood’s new online resource hub, which brings together their full suite of evidence-based resources for professionals and practitioners across health, education and social care.

The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, founded by The Princess of Wales has announced a new collaboration with Amazon and Faith in Families Swansea to support babies and young children. As part of the initiative, Cwtch Kits with books, sensory items and blankets will be distributed to families, helping strengthen early childhood development and family bonds.

The kit comes with the following message from the Princess:

HRH Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, co-designed a Magical Woodland Wildnerness Garden for the Back to Nature Garden campaign hosted by the 2019 RHS Chelsea Flower Show

Catherine prepared for Queen Elizabeth's arrival with a final walk through and when she noticed a stray twig, she hid it in her handbag. After the tour, Queen Elizabeth proudly remarked that the Woodland Wilderness Garden is "very tidy."

The success of the garden allowed it to be reinvented for the Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival!!

Meghan referred to Catherine as a "dummy" for her work on Early Years. If you were blessed to avoid that online madness, you are just in time to catch up by reading The American Hustle issue of Vanity Fair. In the article, a paid Sussex Squad staffer shared the same sentiment from six (6) years ago: Meghan is better because she completes several projects in the same amount of time it takes Kate to complete one.

Thank you Georgia!!! I forgot all about Megzy crashing out over Catherine's 2019 RHS Back to Nature Garden. One would think that a heavily (geriatric) preggers duchess supposedly guest editing a magazine and relocating from the Cotswolds to Frogmore Cottage, wouldn't have the energy to even think of competing w/her husband's "sister" for a spot at the Chelsea Flower Show...😳🙄
