So Audra Mcdonald and Brian Stokes Mitchell played the leading couple in the 1998 Broadway musical Ragtime:

In 2001/02, Stokes Mitchell worked with Anne Hathaway on stage in the Encores in concert revival of Carnival, and their characters shared a kiss

Then, in 2009, Hathaway got to kiss Audra Mcdonald on stage when they worked together on Twelfth Night
