Ah, no the screaming bit is not Solaria. That is my vocals. I actually sneak my vocals into Solaria songs a lot because we sound similar enough. I heard there used to be a setting for Solaria to do screamo, but I think they removed it.
Is "Obsession Is A Two Way Street" still canon to INSANITY POP's story?
Technically yes, but it’s not a huge plot point. You can fully enjoy the storyline of the EP without it.

Unfortunately, this is one of the files that got messed up. I didn’t save the original version with Eleanor and went straight in to redo it with Teto. Once I exported the version I posted, I went into the file again to mess with the tempo and I guess that glitched out the program and the messed up version saved over the original file. Yeah, I’m not really good with technology and I have a really old MacBook. I learned my lesson with the other idle worship tracks but the instrumental may be lost forever. My bad
i was meaning to ask this during the stream but -- how do you do the sound design in your songs? i am a big fan of all the electronic and synth instruments so how do you get sound choice? do you sound design them yourself? is it default garageband stuff if you still use garageband? is it a vst? also, i dm'd you something i wanted to show you thank you for the stream btw, had fun!
I do still use GarageBand. Most of the instruments I use are just the instruments in the program that I’ve played around with until they sound right. I like using GarageBand because it’s easy to pick up and it has a lot of hidden tools most beginners are unaware of. But you can use those tools to get really cool synths to mess around with.
I don’t have a lot of formal musical training, so I wouldn’t be able to explain much of my process using technical terms. I mostly play it by ear (dont mind the pun). I go into the production process with a vibe in mind and try to find synths and other instruments that match the vibe. And then I listen to the base track over and over again in my car or in my earbuds or headphones and keep messing with elements over the course of weeks or months until I’m happy with it.

I am working on a collection of demos/unreleased songs to play in a live stream where I will play all of the songs once. The idea is to call the live "Playing all my unreleased songs to create lost media" and the private the stream after an hour. I'll be use to include to OG version of Live Footage. It's really rough, so it will require some vulnerability to play. Hypothetically I will do this stream this Friday. So look out for that!
