Halsin is basically built for that life. like yes girl go live with your giant druid boyfriend and adopt sixteen injured birds and one extremely ugly dog. you’ve earned it. also Halsin would take every animal she brings home completely seriously. Thinking about Shadowheart and Halsin getting together post game in her little cottage core ending.

After her mother passes away she starts to fret about her dad being left all alone after she dies and gets a little bit of baby fever. She approaches Halsin to be the father with no expectation of anything further; she knows his lifestyle and he’s busy at the rebuilding of his old settlement. She’s fully prepared to raise the child by herself.

Ridiculous. He’s being ridiculous. Hardly, says a transformed Halsin. I am being entirely serious, my heart. Serious, as he sits on his haunches, tails-a-wagging? As if he were Scratch, and not a damned wolf? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s not going to work. We won’t know until we try, my love. She’s trying, alright. Trying not to run away, as he pads forwards on his monstrously large paws that could pin her down—not in a sexy way, by the way, but in a genuinely terrifying way—to eat her, bite her, tear her apart. (Again, not in a sexy way.)
