Anyway, I think if anyone would be surprised about Mina attacking Ash, it’d be Ash himself? After all, the main thing that tipped him off about her being possessed when Mogul took control of her was that she punched him (’Mina just HIT me! She’s never done anything like that!’), so her doing so out of her own free will and anger would probably be enough of a wake-up call to realize OH FUCK I REALLY SCREWED UP

(seriously, if the girl who hates to fight and gets anxiety attacks about everything is mad enough to throw all of her rage at you for joining the side of the guy who’s responsible for nearly killing the two of you, YOU KNOW YOU DONE SOMETHING REALLY BAD)

and yeah, Shadow would probably be taken aback for a second or two, but it quickly clicks WHY she’s so angry, and he figures if anyone would punish Ash enough for doing such a bone-headed move, it would be her (if not through her tiny fists, then the sheer guilt), and moves in to take out the rest of the Egg goons with very little sweat

Who gets excited about Halloween in July: Mina! She loves to dress up and get free candy, so once July 30th hits she;s just like THREE MORE MONTHS THREE MORE MOOOONTHS (and Shadow is just like ?? what is this you’re so hyped about)

Who starts wearing sweaters and scarves on the first day of September and completely overheats: I’d say Shadow since he’s the type of loser to do that, but since his body probably adjusts with the weather changes (perks of being the ~ultimate lifeform~), it’d probably be Mina instead |D; (though she’s waited MONTHS to wear her cute star sweater she will not let warm weather stop her 8T) (not until she gets dizzy and Shadow has to catch her from falling down and forces her to drink water, anyway)

Who thrives in Fall/Who prefers Summer and warm weather: As stated above, I don’t think Shadow’s body gets too affected by warm weather/cold weather, so he’s indifferent, buuuuut I can see Mina as a Fall girl, mostly because that’s her birthday season, ahaha |Da

Who thinks the other looks so cute when they’re cold and trying to fight it with 50 sweaters: THAT WOULD TOTALLY BE A THING SHADOW WOULD DO IF HE COULD FEEL THE COLD, and Mina would find that hella precious, though.... he does also think there’s something charming about her making a large sweater cocoon and burrowing into it on chillier days, but he’ll never outwardly express it sob

Who offers the other their jacket: Shadow does to Mina! Because what does he need it for CLOTHES DO HIM NO GOOD (and seeing her happy and cozy in his coat is a nice feeling)

Who doesn’t want to get out of bed in the morning because it’s too cold and has to run from the warm covers to the shower: Mina 8′’’) Especially after a long night writing lyrics or doing a show the day before, and she just... curls into a blanket burrito and refuses to budge out of bed because it’s so toasty, and Shadow has to grab her, sheets and all, from the bed and teleport her into the shower and she just SCREECHES

Who touches the other with their freezing cold feet at night: The very few times Shadow shares a bed with her (maybe there’s no room for him to be awkwardly brooding and killing time while she sleeps), he shifts and turns all the time because he doesn’t know what to DO, and his feet occasionally brush her leg or tail and she squeaks because WHY ARE YOUR FEET SO COLD AAAAAAA (and then he’s banned from the bed and has to find some place else to roost) (like maybe the closet

Who makes the hot cider to snuggle under a blanket and drink: Mina, I think? She probably buys the store-ready kind, or found a quick and easy recipe online or from her mother, so she whips it together for Shadow to try because he’s never had it before (and GASP how can you not have cider during the fall WE MUST CHANGE THIS) and grabs the fluffiest blanket to drape around them while they chill and watch the stars (Shadow winds up enjoying the sweet, spicy drink, much to his surprise)

Who loves carving pumpkins and buys about 300: Mina gets Shadow to try it one year, and then suddenly the year after, THERE ARE PUMPKINS EVERYWHERE IN THEIR SHARED LIVING SPACE and he’s just standing there expectantly with a knife waiting to get started (spoilers, he jacked them all from Sky Rail

Who is terrible at carving pumpkins: They both are, bless their little souls 8′’’| Mina doesn’t have a lot of dexterity with a knife, and while Shadow is better at maneuvering those sorts of things... it mostly winds up with huge chunks of pumpkin hacked out and no one really knows what to make of the decorative jack o lantern in the tour bus that looks like a Picasso gone terribly wrong

Who thinks pulling the pumpkin guts out with their hands is icky: Mina 8( It’s slimy and nasty and full of seeds, and Shadow’s the one more used to dealing with slimy and gross things (like his ENTIRE FAMILY), so if it’s really stubborn, she’ll leave it to him

What is their favourite Fall activity: Apple picking! Shadow Chaos Controls to the highest and tastiest looking apples Mina points out to him, and he tosses them into the basket she has waiting below, so they usually get a REALLY NICE batch by the end of the day ;v; Then they either bring them to Isabella or Rosie to make delicious apple pie and tarts with, which Mina has to get Shadow not to inhale

Who gets scared when they watch Horror movies: Mi...na.... |D;;; She gets anxious enough on a daily basis, so any sort of scary film would wreck havoc on her nerves ;3; Shadow doesn’t see the appeal of those sorts of films as it is (he finds them tedious and forced), so they probably avoid them when they can TuT I think the only time Mina would ever attempt to watch one with him is if she wanted an excuse to cling onto his arm and cuddle up to him, but she gets so panicked during the film and after that Shadow is like ?? why u do this and she’s like BECAUSE I MAKE AWFUL LIFE CHOICES, NOW PLEASE GUARD MY CLOSET ;A;

Who hands out candy to trick-or-treaters: Mina!! She loves kidlets and loves to see their little costumes and happy faces, and there’s a huge draw to wherever she’s at because people want bragging rights over receiving candy from a well-known celebrity, ahaha |D 

Who accidentally scares the kids: Shadow because he has absolutely no chill (and a resting grump face)

Who suggested the couples costume: Mina, because there is no way Shadow would ever propose such an idea, and very stubbornly refused to go along with it until Mina gave him the ‘eyes’ for a good ten minutes straight

What is their couples costume: Either Sailor Venus + Kunzite, or Dracula + Mina (which Mina finds hilarious for obvious reasons

What is the best Halloween they ever had: The year Mina held a special costumed Halloween concert and got loads of candy from her fans, which she promptly shared with Shadow and watched cheesy Halloween films with him while explaining why they were so popular

What is the worst Halloween they ever had: The year Shadow’s chao went and stole everyone’s candy bucket in the village and they couldn’t find him for a good five hours until they discovered the little beast in a mountain of wrappers in the Forget Me Knots tour bus and had to get him fixed at the chao doctor

but ooooh man, she’d probably nab it for him as a joke or something-- like, ‘hahaha, Shadow is totally going to LOVE this’-- and she fully expects him to get grumpy or scowly and push it away all LIKE I CARE FOR THINGS LIKE THAT

but after she presents it to him, his eyes do a really subtle Steven Universe ‘star eyes’ thing and he just quietly takes it from her and walks to the other room and Rouge is all ?? ‘is he throwing it out or something, RUDE’ but it turns out he stashes it with the other very few items he owns 

also Hope occasionally wheedles him into Chaos Controlling her over to one of Mina’s shows (since I don’t think G.U.N would let her out so easy, and the shows sell out quick, but SHE’S HER OLD BABYSITTER SHE HAS TO SEE HER), and since she’s the only one who can convince Shadow of anything, he complies and sticks around so she’s safe/he can bring her home again, and Hope grabs them both Mina t-shirts which she convinces him to wear with her

Possibly...? I know I did make a ShadMina LJ community waaaaay back when, but I don’t...think I ever posted any Sonic/Amy pictures there? ‘-’a My dA page has a couple of pieces with those ships in school uniforms, but I wouldn’t say it was a lot of them? I know a friend of mine did a couple herself, and she was more of an avid SonAmy fan than I was, so hmmm 8|a

I AM SO HIDEOUSLY LATE TO THIS, FORGIVE ME

but eheheh YES I DEFINITELY APPROVE OF THIS

he’d probably have to be drunk enough to not care so much about his ~STRONG BROODY FACADE~ dropping, but not so drunk that he gets destructive (since I can imagine he can get really, uh... reckless in that state), and Mina doesn’t quite stitch it together until she realizes he’s being a lot more flexible about things than usual, and wonders if this is a chance to get him to enjoy himself a little more 

so they go to a karaoke place that’s nearby (Mina has to be in disguise so fans won’t mob her inside the building), and rent out a little room to themselves and go to town

....... no doubt Mina would get him to duet this with her  since it’s sappy but also ~significant~, and Shadow KILLS it at the end and she’s honestly surprised that he has such a strong, powerful voice since he’s so quiet most of the time as it is

also imagine Shadow singing this and Mina trying so very hard not to laugh but failing terrible at it

they also get super cheesy and do this one as well as this one, go HELLA HARD with this one and this one as well as some 50′s hits which Shadow knows VERY well
