SH Anon back, feel free not to respond to this one because I literally JUST sent a message. But I just saw that blue hydrangeas are your favorite flowers and omg i also love hydrangeas. I like the white ones most, but the blue ones are so cheerful and pretty. Did you know that the color of the petals depends on the ph of the soil?

I’m smiling so hard because you get it! Honestly, I’m not surprised we have similar tastes in flowers after our green knitted socks connection. I love hydrangeas in general but I grew up with blue ones in my mom’s garden, so I think that’s why I have a fondness for them in particular. I had no idea the color depended on the ph of the soil?! I’m now embarking on a research rabbit hole on hydrangeas and I regret nothing.
Also! I just remembered the knitting project in hurdle stitch that you were embarking on, and I hope it’s going well.
