Polyminds are just endos rebranded. They want to be plural so bad

With the answers I’ve gotten on my post about polyminds I can honestly say that I think you’re wrong? I mean, you’re entitled to your opinion of course! But polyminds seem to rarely call themselves “systems”, and if they call themselves plural, it’s moreso in a way of “more versions of myself” than “I am a system with alters”.
Correct me if I’m wrong.
Added to that point, I haven’t seen any polyminds claiming to be endogenic, or wanting to be endos - the vast majority of them seem to be aware of the fact that polymindence is their own version of IFS Therapy, just self-applied.
But again, you are entitled to your own opinion and frankly I haven’t exactly formed one of my own yet, so I do appreciate the ask, anon, and I will continue looking for more clarity on polyminds as I still don’t really understand them ^^
Shout out to those who are polyminded and have cope identities. You're allowed to be both, they are not mutually exclusive. It's also okay if you struggle between whats a mind and whats a copeid.
Also, shout out to those who are seunusid (have ids?? Idk the correct term). We love sister terms here.

I thought i'd fix and update the carrd in politeness to the discord server made by my fren. Theres a lot of things im considering for the carrd but this is enough for now~
Notable Changes:
added background
Added emphasis that seunusID is a label for a framework
removed the note of seunusID being a new label
Updated the FAQ page
added new question at the very end (but honestly unsure if ill keep it)
re-answered questions with current mindset
clarified the 'difference with CDD alters' question
Updated the Terms page:
detailed the note
removed the terms--acknowledging, present

SeunusID is very similar to polymindence and IFS. The main difference between SeunusID and polymind is that SeunusID affects your day-to-day life, while polymindence doesn't. I personally have parts that I think fit into SeunusID as well as parts that I think fit into polymind, so I use both!
