Documentation co-creation 1 

We began our goBIKE co-creation 3 with the prompt "If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go?". This got everyone talking and allowed us to know each other a little bit better. We then talked about the strategic problems we had presented to them at our last co-creation to give context of the solutions we would present next. We had developed 6 holistic concepts which we presented to them, highlighting their goals and benefits. We also showed them short videos which narrated the customer experience of the new concept. After presenting the concept and taking a few minutes to discuss it as a group, we ranked each of the concepts using the N.U.F matrix. Ranking them versus giving them a certain value allowed us to easily identify which concepts we considered as superior to the others. We ended the session by reminding our clients of the next co-creation session where we will deliver the final concepts further developed.
