itβs not healthy or normal to work 100% of the time. you deserve to take breaks and do things that are kind for yourself, even if they donβt feel productive. take some time to be with friends and do nothing, or relax with a hobby that doesnβt bring you anything except satisfaction! thereβs no reason to be ashamed of taking time thatβs only for you (in fact, itβs healthy and you should!)
