Either way, I would like to find a good middle ground between, happy high, chillin, and on the couch sinking into the abyss, not being able to function. Tips would be greatly appreciated.
Now, I hit my pen with maybe a 1-2 second inhale and wait like 30-40minutes before hitting it again.

CWs: Past car accident, CPR, medical whump, defibrillation
Everyone was screaming as they rushed to the hospital. Hospital staff barking orders, security trying to hold back the horde of football players trying to plow through the door, Ace screaming for Braxton and Sully - All of it were mashed together into a symphony of chaos. The screech of the monitor was the loudest sound.
"Sir! Sir, you need to stay still! You have internal bleeding!" A nurse tried to hold down the six foot tall boy who was trying to get to his friend.
"Sully!! Sully!!" Braxton kept screaming. He kept screaming as the medic pounded Sully's chest. The monitor beeped and they gave him another shock. He had become ghost white at that point with his chest covered in a thick red.
Ace pushed through the crowd, running to his buddy's side. "Braxton, what the hell happened?!"
"I-I was driving... I-I saw..." Before he could say anymore, he started coughing. Blood splattered all over Ace's face.
"Okay, we need to move now!!"
The security guard grabbed Ace by the arm and pulled him away. "No, let me go!! Where are you taking them?!"
"They're gonna treat them, but sir, you need to calm down before we escort you out!"
Ace stared at the doctors rushing his friends through the doors of the operating room. What the hell happened to Sully? What happened to Braxton?!
